This hands-on activity is specifically designed for PMs who rely heavily on Outlook, Excel, and Teams and want practical, affordable ways to work smarter, not harder.

Dr. Zornitsa Yordanova combines the best of both worlds – academia and business – with a passion for making digital transformation practical, human, and effective.
In academia, she is an Associate Professor at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and a Guest Lecturer at WU Vienna, where she teaches Innovation, Technology Management, and Digital Transformation.
In business, Zornitsa wears many hats:
- Project Manager with nearly 20 years of experience in large-scale international ICT projects
- Trainer & Consultant helping organizations embrace innovation and digital transformation
- Co-Founder of Intertaxer, a company creating smart, simple process automations in Microsoft 365 for all organizational roles and functions
- Startup Founder exploring new ways technology can transform the way we work
