Currently Tsveti is lawyer and mediator, her practice is specialized in family and civil law. The past two years she has been required to work in a dynamic environment, where the management of parties’ expectations is a must, sometimes agreement is practically impossible due to parties values and culture and sometimes the raging in the parties emotions is a real challenge. However, the legal representation refers to the whole process, from start to finish, using alternative dispute resolution procedures or before authorities, or in court – lawyer is fighting for his clients’ rights and best interests.
On 2018, she joined the organizational team for PMDAY 2018. Inspired and ready to share her believes and efforts again, today she is volunteer, part of the PM team, hoping to contribute even a bit to the success of the upcoming annual conference Project Management Summit Bulgaria – 9th edition
