Aneliya has 13 years of experience leading international teams in multi-geographical environment as part of the Global Tech Department at GSK, with specific focus on multichannel CRM system and service delivery in alignment with business strategies. As a Global CRM Implementation Lead, she is responsible for embedding and growing the multichannel CRM system features and functionalities for the medical affairs team in 45 biggest countries across the globe. Aneliya is also part of a cross functional group establishing an integrated omni-channel experience across GSK digital and F2F channels to provide real time data and analytics to personalize engagement and provide foundation for future AI/ML engagement. Before that she was part of the GSK’s Tech Team that piloted the Agile transformation journey of the organization in 2018. Before that she has successfully led the technical transfer from legacy in-house based CRM to new cloud-based CRM system for 28 LOCs in 2015.
