More than 10 years of experience dedicated to developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, designing, and facilitating leadership development programmes, applying new scientific approaches and Neuroscience in all organisational projects with the main goal – to inspire and empower people to create positive transformation, to live and work in sync with their beliefs and values.
