Kamelia Slaveykova is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Shell Bulgaria. With her 30 years of experience at Shell (in the period 2008 - 2021 she was CEO for Shell Bulgaria and Greece) and her significant contribution to the excellent reputation of the company in the country, she has become a symbol of Shell's successful presence in Bulgaria. Her professional profile includes an Executive MBA degree from the American University in Bulgaria and series of international trainings and qualifications obtained within Shell. In November 2023 Kamelia successfully completed the Stanford Executive Education program on Sustainability Strategies: Develop Initiatives to transform your business. This transformative experience empowered her to be the driving force behind the ESG change within and beyond her organization. As an active participant in the local business community Kamelia has been a member of the Board of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum for over 10 years. Since 2023, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian -British Business Association. In the same year, she also became Deputy Chairman of the ESG Committee established by CEIB. In the period 2016 - 2019, Forbes Woman ranked her as one of the 20 most influential business leaders in Bulgaria. In 2019, Kamelia was named Woman of the Decade in the Business and Society category in the competition organized by woman.bg. In November 2021, she was awarded a special award for 30 years of leadership presence on the Bulgarian market at the official ceremony of the Mr. and Mrs. Economy 2021 awards by CEIB and business magazine Economy.
