You will learn how to identify and map stakeholders, uncover their specific needs, and use three powerful communication tools – KPIs, storytelling, and copywriting – to engage them effectively. Drawing on over 15 years of international project experience, this session provides practical insights and hands-on exercises to help you turn ideas into action and communication into lasting impact.

Franziska Höhne is an industrial engineer and certified project manager (PMP) with over 17 years of cross-sector experience. She has successfully led projects in international manufacturing, internal auditing, the public sector, and German mid-sized companies—navigating diverse business environments with strategic clarity and a people-focused approach.
Driven by a deep interest in human behavior and communication, she holds additional qualifications in psychology and change management. Her passion lies in understanding what drives people and how language—both written and spoken—can inspire, align, and create impact.
As Vice President Communications & Marketing on the board of the PMI Germany Chapter, she is committed to strengthening the profession and building bridges to the broader project management community. Her personal motto: From Words to Actions.
