19:15 - 20:15   "The Story of a PM from Business to Volunteering: Stretching Your Brain and Heart"

Hristina Stoyanova is PMP Certified and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
She is an HP Supervolunteer leading the LSS and Quality Management Clubs as well as being an LSS and PM mentor on the top of her daily responsibilities of an Operations Manager. Hristina also holds a PhD and is a lecturer in the field of Management at Sofia University. She will share her volunteering experience in both business and academia revealing the recipe for applying PM in volunteering and thus contributing to personal, business and community growth.

Yanitsa Bekyarova, PMP® has 9+ years of experience in HP, Inc.
She is acting as a PMO for the employee engagement, people development and company positioning projects and programs and is part of the Management Board of the company in Bulgaria. In addition, Yanitsa coordinates the work of all Sofia #SuperVolunteers and is sponsoring their projects as a budget holder. She is also Growth Mindset accredited trainer, People Development workshop facilitator, Presentation Design Clinics trainer and former Wellness lead for Bulgaria. Yanitsa will share the #SuperVolunteer community structure @HP Inc. Bulgaria and key accomplishments.
