Invitation to the General Assembly

We hereby inform you and invite you to attend the regular General Assembly of PMI Bulgaria Chapter. Pursuant to Art. 26 of the Non-Profit Legal Persons Act and at the initiative of the Board of Directors of PMI Bulgaria Chapter Association, objectified in Decision from 19th of October 2021, changed with Decision from 09.11.2021 a General Assembly of PMI Bulgaria Chapter with UIC 175837571 and registered address 1303 Sofia, Sredna gora Str., 56, ent. 1, fl. 1, an. 1. will be held on 16th of December 2021 at 6:00 pm in Sofia 1000, 1 Gurko Str., Grand Hotel Sofia, "Sofia" Hall, with the following agenda:
  1. Presentation of the annual report on the work of the Management Board of the Association;
  2. Examination and voting of resignations of members of the Management Board;
  3. Dismissal of members of the Management Board;
  4. Election and acceptance of new members of the Management Board of the Association;
  5. Miscellaneous.

Nominations

In connection with the forthcoming Elections for new members of the Management Board of the Association, the beginning of the nomination period has also been announced. The nomination period ends on 16.12.2021. During the nomination period, each member of the Association may:
  1. Apply for a vacant role in the Management Board;
  2. Nominate another member for a vacant Role in the Management Board.

Vacancies on the Management Board

The current vacant roles in the Management Board are as follows:
  • Vice President for Finance;
  • Vice President for Membership;
  • Vice president for Projects and Volunteering;
  • Vise president for Sponsorship and Partnership;
  • Vice President for Administration and Secretariat;
  • Vice President for Communications and Social Networking;
  • Vice President for IT and Web.

How to apply and how to nominate

In order to submit your application for a role, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the up-to-date description of the role and the mandatory and additional criteria that the candidates for that role need to meet. The description of the roles is provided together with this announcement.

The Nominations Committee will connect with each of the proposed candidates in order to check and confirm that the nomination is accepted or not.
