Description:With the rising rates of stress, anxiety and depression in the world, mental health is becoming a priority for leaders and their teams. Faced with unprecedented uncertainty over the last 2 years, we’re also managing change, isolation, fear, new forms of work, all on top of business as usual.
In this webinar we will discuss the factors affecting our mental wellbeing at work. You will gain awareness and practical tips on how to address the topic with your colleagues and how to support a healthy working environment.
Together, we will also explore:

• What’s the state of our mental health today?
• How to be a role model for mental fitness in your projects?
• How to be a role model for mental fitness in your projects?
• How and where to find help?

Workshop etiquette:

• This will be an interactive workshop inviting you to actively participate via virtual tools, Q&A and discussion
• The topic of mental health works best when there's synergy and connection in our virtual space, so it will be great if you join with your video function on

About the Speaker: Velina works with people in high-pressure careers and leadership roles to help them improve their mental fitness and achieve high results with high self-care.
She is an executive psychologist and a Mental Health speaker with talks delivered in companies like Progress, VMware, Siteground, and many more, as well as major conferences like DEV.BG all in ONE 2021, GROW REMOTES Summit and others. In 2019, Velina started her company NotYourTherapy to challenge the stigma around mental health in Bulgaria and to raise awareness in a friendly, practical way.
Prior to NotYourTherapy, Velina has worked in leadership and coaching roles in a range of companies, from startups to high-growth organizations, and the UK Foreign Office.
