Kaloyan and Alexander work as Agile Coaches in Lidl Digital Bulgaria. They have joined the company more than two and a half years ago just after the Bulgarian office was opened. Their main focus in the beginning of their work was to spread the Agile mindset amongst people and build organizational culture applying best Agile practices. Gamification was one of the secret tools for achieving their goals.

In his career Kaloyan worked for companies like Lidl Digital, IBM, Unify and HP. He has taken various roles including project and team management, where he has been part of multinational projects and has been working with people from more than 20 nationalities. His expertise is in coaching, training, team management and leadership. Kaloyan is Executive MBA candidate in Sheffield University and has two Bachelor degrees – one in Business Administration and other in Informational Brokerage. He has a Master’s degree in Financial Management and is certified in project management, service management and Agile frameworks. He has interests in leadership, self-development and coaching. In his free time he likes to travel and play different kinds of sports. He is also fan of football and boxing.

Alexander has 11 years of experience in the IT area with main focus in Project Management, Team Leadership, Agile Transformation, etc. He has two Bachelor degrees (International Relations; Accounting) and Master’s degree in International Relations from the University “Ramon Llull” in Barcelona. His main work-related interests include everything linked with Agile, Coaching, Leadership on all levels, Team Collaboration and Best practices for building high-performing teams. Alexander is a big sports fan and loves Crossfit and Football. He enjoys travelling and spending time with friends.
