18:45 - 19:30   Presentation: "Learn to Grow: How Lean Six Sigma makes me a better Project Manager?"
Polina and Hristina will share the benefits of being both LSS and PMP certified and provide some examples of the complementary application of the two in HP projects.
Hristina Stoyanova PMP Certified and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She is an Operations Manager at HP regularly applying her LSS and PM knowledge in her job. Hristina also holds a PhD and is teaching Management of outsourcing projects and companies at Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski.
Polina Nenova Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Process Efficiency and Compliance Manager at HP, Certified ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Auditor. Part of internal projects, where LSS and PM knowledge is a must
