Mini online workshop based on LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® 2.0

By nature, projects create new products, processes, or experiences: and when the project is one with a transformational component, project management is the key to smooth implementation.
Project managers know that conducting transformational projects in the current dynamic times is a huge challenge and there is a high risk of failure. Success in these situations depends significantly on the motivation and willingness of the project managers themselves and their followers to bring about the transformation. "I want to" is better than "I have to"! In order for the change to successfully happen there are the following elements are needed:

• motivation: desire, readiness, determination, attitudes
• efficiency: abilities, resources and energy, knowledge, skills, behaviours both on personal PM and team level.

We believe that the really good solutions are less linked to giving ready-made answers than to asking the right questions. In this PMI monthly meeting workshop we will challenge the participants to explore the change (no matter external or internal for the organization/the project) through the innovative methodology LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® 2.0 - Real Time Change – Readiness. We will be looking for the right questions by building LEGO® models-metaphors and by using storytelling approaches to find the best practical insights.

Ralitza Stanoeva, Certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator
Senior Facilitator at The Business Institute. Professional and trainer with vast experience in strategic and marketing management, business modelling, team development and leadership simulations. Ralitza has facilitated various business trainings various business trainings for big and medium companies in Bulgaria and abroad. Ralitza is a Certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator for the following applications of the methodology: Real Time: Strategy, Identity, Change – Readiness and Crisis applications.

! IMPORTANT CONDITIONS for taking part in the workshop:
1) You must have your own* 30-50 LEGO® materials (bricks, small, big pieces), regardless of color, shape and size
* You can borrow you kids LEGO; Duplo, minifigures, classic LEGO - are perfect ;))
2) You must have a properly working microphone and camera on your device (the camera should be turned on during the workshop).
