This session aims to help Project Managers transition from a delivery-focused mindset to value-driven thinking. In the new PMBOK® Guide – Eighth Edition framework, project success is no longer measured solely by scope, schedule, or budget, but rather as the point where Value exceeds Effort and Expense.

Participants will explore the Value Delivery System, which aligns the “Why” (6 core principles), the “What” (7 performance domains), and the “When” (5 focus areas). We will dive deep into the “Focus on Value” principle, discussing how to continually evaluate and adjust project alignment to business objectives and intended benefits.
