2.1. About These Terms
These Event Terms & Conditions apply to all events organised by PMI Bulgaria Chapter (“PMI Bulgaria Chapter”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing a ticket and attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2.2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets are sold through our authorised ticketing partner, Bilet.bg.
Each ticket is valid only for the event specified and may not be exchanged for another event.
Tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled or where otherwise required by applicable law.
2.3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another individual before the event in accordance with the procedures established by PMI Bulgaria Chapter or its authorised ticketing provider.
The resale of tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. PMI Bulgaria Chapter reserves the right to cancel tickets that have been resold in breach of these Terms.
2.4. Event Changes
PMI Bulgaria Chapter reserves the right to modify:
- the event programme
- speakers
- venue
- schedule
- seating arrangements
- audience capacity
where reasonably necessary.
Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund unless otherwise required by law.
2.5. Admission
PMI Bulgaria Chapter and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is:
- disruptive
- abusive
- threatening
- intoxicated
- discriminatory
- otherwise inappropriate
without refund.
Attendees may be required to undergo reasonable security screening before entering the venue.
2.6. Code of Conduct
PMI Bulgaria Chapter is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for all participants.
Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation or offensive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
Participants are expected to comply with the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct throughout the event.
2.7. Photography & Video Recording
Photography, audio recording and video recording may take place during our events.
By attending, you acknowledge that your image or voice may be captured and used by PMI Bulgaria Chapter for:
- event reporting
- marketing
- educational materials
- social media
- future event promotion
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, please notify the event photographer or contact privacy@pmi.bg before the event where reasonably possible.
2.8. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is cancelled, PMI Bulgaria Chapter will publish a cancellation notice and inform registered participants of the refund procedure.
Where tickets were purchased by credit card, refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the ticket.
If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise stated.
2.9. Liability
Attendance at our events is voluntary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMI Bulgaria Chapter shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, theft or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
