The workshop focuses on how to scope a process simplification project in order to achieve long term organizational benefits.
The basis for leading a simplification project is the use of quality management methods (Lean and Six Sigma).
Focus is on project scoping: setting simplification objectives, KPIs, success factors, benefits realization as a result of the simplification.
The workshop provides guidance and best practices as well as practical tips based on a case study exploration.
