Bogdana Boncheva is a local leader and co-organizer for Women in Agile Bulgaria – part of the international Women in Agile organization. She has more than 10 years experience as a Program, Project and Delivery Manager gained in exceptional companies: Spotify, TopTal, the Financial Times, DXC. Together with her team at the FT, she won the prestigious Project of the Year award by PMI Bulgaria Chapter in 2021.  Her analytics-driven approach to Project management has been recognised and published by Boston University. Bogdana believes that the ultimate goal of agile professionals is to bring the best out of people and teams.
