Deyan Yankov founded Trotoara Foundation in 2014. In 2020 the Foundation becomes a community center established by 229 young people.

He created the organization with the mission to inspire young people to believe in themselves, to create their own values and goals in life, to grow as individuals and to be an active part of the society. Deyan and his team believe that teenagers should be encouraged to develop their skills and talents, to be an active part of projects and programs, activities and initiatives. The activities of Trotoara are diverse – in the fields of music, arts, literature, ecology and education. The efforts of the foundation are aimed at creating a suitable environment for creativity and expression of young people to show how emotion, energy, passion, inspiration and desire for creativity can help them grow as individuals, help them create their own cultural, national, spiritual and intellectual values, in the creation of life goals and their achievement.

Trotoara creates numerous events throughout the year, through which, on the one hand, it gives space for teenagers and on the other supports its main project – TRAP Youth Center, where young people can develop their interests completely free of charge.
