Kaloyan is the Head of Agile Coaching in DSK Bank and the Project Manager for the PMI Summit Bulgaria 2023. His current assignments include navigating Agile adoption in the organization and developing Agile team of Scrum Masters. Kaloyan has experience in several industries such as Informational Technologies, Banking and E-commerce. He was speaker for PMI Bulgaria, DEV.BG, SoftUni, SITCON and others. In his work experience Kaloyan consulted and facilitated various Agile trainings and workshops for different companies. In addition, he often applies interactive gamification methods in his practice and learning sessions.

Kaloyan holds several high degree diplomas including Executive MBA from Sheffield University. He is certified in the area of Project Management, Leadership and Agile Frameworks.
