Zdravko believes that one of the best things about his job is seeing an idea go from prototype to production – all within Sensata in Bulgaria. He is Site Leader of Sofia Business Center of Sensata Technologies for the last four years. He also leads the European Processes Development Teams for Auto and HVOR (heavy vehicles) business.

In his track record: For his 17 years of experience within the company, he dedicated 13 years to project management and operations management of the company’s two manufacturing sites in Botevgrad and Plovdiv. He also oversaw the development of Sensata’s biggest R&D test laboratory.
