Mihail is the President/Chairman of the Board at the PMI Bulgaria Chapter. He has been a volunteer with the chapter since 2012, chosen to represent the chapter for 3 consecutive mandates leading the team through multiple successful projects, initiatives, and international collaborative partnerships within the chapter and community.
Mihail Mihaylov is a senior executive, consultant, and trainer with 20+ years of experience and proven results in a demanding and challenging international environment. A strong analytical thinker who can understand and respond to business needs and convert strategy, business objectives, and requirements into effective and efficient solutions.
Mihail holds education as a Bachelor in Computer Science and IT, and Master in Business Administration (MBA).

Mihail has substantial experience and expertise in Business Analysis and Project Management: Agile, Operations and Quality, Enterprise Process Design, Management and Improvement, IT scoping, and delivery in complex environments.
Mihail Is highly experienced in Project and Change Management, Business Analysis, Business and IT Strategy, Process Management and re-engineering, Business and Technology Risk, Information Systems Implementation.
Mihail is also a guest lecturer in 3 international universities teaching disciplines of Project, Programs and Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Leadership and Communication in EMBA and masters programs.
Pat is co-founder and CEO of Aspira, an international consultancy focused on delivering technology and project management services. Living in Ireland, he is acknowledged internationally as a thought leader in Project Management, being in demand as a keynote speaker at Project Management conferences all over the world.
In addition to his Aspira role, Pat serves as Director and Past President of the Ireland Chapter of the Project Management Institute, where he has held a leadership role for the past ten years. Pat was selected as a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition in the International category in 2020.
Pat’s academic background includes a Masters in Engineering from the University of Limerick, a certified Digital Six Sigma Greenbelt, Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Executive Development diploma and currently holds both Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Professional (ACP) certifications from the PMI®.

Eren has been working for ROKETSAN Inc. for more than 20 years on project and program management. Currently, he, as a technical consultant in ROKETSAN, is managing a Portfolio Management Office establishment program. He is teaching Project Management courses in the MBA program at Bilkent University Faculty of Business Administration as part-time instructor. Besides, he is offering voluntarily Project Management related trainings in ROKETSAN and PMI-TR Chapter. Eren received his MBA degree from Ithaca College, NY, his MSc and BSc degrees from Middle East Technical University, and he holds PMP, PMI-RMP and PMO-CP certificates.
Ricardo Viana Vargas
Ricardo specialized in implementing global initiatives, capital projects and product development, managing more than $20 billion in international projects in the past 25 years. He wrote 15 books in the field. Ricardo also created and led the Brightline Initiative from 2016 to 2020 and was the director of project management and infrastructure at the United Nations, leading more than 1,000 projects in humanitarian and development projects. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, a master's in Industrial Engineering, and an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineer.
Vidyanath Astakala, a post graduate in mechanical engineer and he is an automotive project management professional with more than 18 years of international experience ranging from design, testing, VA/VE, Sourcing, operations to complete program/portfolio management and currently heading EU regional customer project management team in Sensata Technologies in Sofia, Bulgaria. He has led directly and guided program managers for projects ranging from product launches in cars, trucks, green field launches of manufacturing and manufacturing transfer projects, automotive project management is very complex in nature and highly demanding in terms of safety regulations. He loves coaching, mentoring the PM in the organization including ensuring their personal development and helping aspiring Project managers from other functions within the company. He believes that every project manager is like a general manager in any company controlling from business operations to customer engagement. Vidyanath has lived in different countries with in EU and has experience in multi variety of teams and cultures.
Stanislav Manasiev is currently holding the position of Manager Customer Project Management Team at Sensata Technologies, Bulgaria. He has more than 13 years of industrial, power energy and automotive experience in which he was holding various engineering, project and program management, product management and supervisory positions. In the past 8 years of his carrier he was focusing on building team of talented automotive project managers, driving business operational excellence with regard to sustaining and new business opportunities as well as customer engagement initiatives. Stanislav’s academic background includes 2 master degrees in Electrical Engineering and e-Management. Further to this Stanislav holds Prince2 and PMP certificates. His hobbies and personal interests are in the areas of skiing, traveling and interacting with various people.
