Jimmy is a renowned international speaker and certified transformative coach with over 40 years of experience in project management and professional development. He is the founder of SKILLS Learning-Training-Development in Bulgaria and Lebanon, and has led the establishment of both the PMI Bulgaria Chapter and the PMI Lebanon Chapter as their first president, contributing significantly to the advancement of project management in these regions.
A PMP® certified dedication, Jimmy was part of the editorial team for the PMBOK® Guide 6th edition, showcasing his deep expertise in both traditional and Agile project management methodologies. He excels in managing complex projects, specializing in risk management, vendor evaluation, and leadership.
Jimmy is also a Certified Consultant and an active member of the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI®) Trainers Community, bringing a holistic approach to his training and coaching. His training style is hands-on and interactive, incorporating role-playing, gamification, and group activities to ensure participants gain both knowledge and practical skills.
