Rich is a leading authority on the integration of sustainability into project management, co-founding EarthPM, LLC to advance this critical area. His holistic approach to project management, encompassing people, planet, and profit, has led to international consulting and speaking engagements (Costa Rica, South Africa, Malaysia, China, Mexico, Canada, India, Italy, The Netherlands). He is also a prolific author, co-writing eight books on project leadership, including the Cleland Award-winning Green Project Management. With a strong commitment to professional development, Rich has served as VP of Professional Development for PMI Mass Bay and contributed to the 7th Edition PMBOK® Guide, helping to assure that sustainability thinking finally made it into the Standard and the Body of Knowledge. Tony, a distinguished Accountant and Fellow of the CIMA Institute, has amassed over 25 years of experience at Ingram Micro. Throughout his tenure, he has assumed increasingly senior roles, including Regional Financial Controller for Europe and leader of Six Sigma Projects as a certified black belt. Since relocating to Bulgaria in 2018, Tony has served as a board member of AmCham. Tony is a dedicated advocate for talent development, actively engaging in mentoring programs for women in business. His leadership style is defined by authenticity, and he adheres to the philosophy of leading by example and embodying the change he seeks within his teams. Tony's philanthropic spirit is evident in his dedication to driving meaningful change in the community, demonstrated through numerous fundraising challenges. He is currently undertaking the challenge of climbing the 56 mountain peaks in Bulgaria exceeding 2,500 meters to support the 'For Our Children Foundation.' Recently, Tony successfully completed the London Marathon as a proud Bulgarian resident, supporting the Duke of Edinburgh International Award Bulgaria, where he serves as Chair.
