PMI Bulgaria Chapter is proud to continue its partnership with the Children’s Leadership Academy by delivering the Project Management Module – one of the 12 Level 1 modules designed for children aged 12-13.

The Children’s Leadership Academy is an inspiring initiative designed and organized by President’s Club Bulgaria, dedicated to identifying children with leadership potential and helping them further develop their skills, confidence, and capabilities for a successful future. On this special occasion, we warmly congratulate President’s Club Bulgaria on the 20th anniversary of the Club and the 10th anniversary of the Children’s Leadership Academy.

Over the past 10 years, the Academy has made a remarkable impact by training more than 250 children, who have successfully delivered over 20 projects. These results are a powerful testament to the Academy’s mission: to empower young people with the mindset, knowledge, and practical skills they need to become active, capable, and responsible leaders.

PMI Bulgaria Chapter is honored to have contributed to this mission by teaching the lifelong skills of project management to three cohorts of young participants. Across these three editions, we have worked with 72 children in total, organized into two groups of 12 students in each cohort. Through these sessions, children were introduced to the foundations of project management in an engaging and age-appropriate way – learning how to turn ideas into goals, structure their work, collaborate effectively, and bring projects to life.

A Lasting Legacy

This year’s session was led by two distinguished members of our community:

Aneliya Chervenova, President of PMI Bulgaria Chapter.

Boryana Georgieva, Former VP of Professional Development, who was instrumental in initiating this partnership back in 2019.

Since its inception six years ago, this collaboration has introduced dozens of students to the world of projects, fostering a mindset of accountability and strategic thinking. We are honored to play a role in shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
