Award categories, eligibility criteria, competition rules, and nomination forms are published at
https://pmi.bg/pmawards2025/. A multi-channel outreach campaign – including email, LinkedIn,
Facebook, word-of-mouth, and media partnerships – was launched to engage the Bulgarian
project management community and invite participation.The Nomination Team supports candidates at every step, offering:

• Guidance on selecting the most suitable categories
• Eligibility checks and application completeness reviews
• Tips for preparing high-quality submissions

Applicants may submit up to three nominations across different categories.

All submitted content must comply with data privacy laws. Sensitive information should be
cleared prior to submission. PMI Bulgaria and the organizing team treat all applications as
confidential, while reserving the right to share publicly approved content for promotional
purposes.

Nomination forms must be submitted through the official online portal. Upon registering,
nominees and nominators receive personalized access to manage their submissions.

Each entry undergoes an admission review:

• Incomplete or ineligible applications are returned for revision or may be rejected.
• Approved applications proceed to the Evaluation Phase and are assigned to members of
  the Jury Panel.

A diverse and independent Jury Panel, comprising experienced local and international project
management professionals, evaluates all entries.

Evaluation details:

• Applications are structured into 4-5 sections depending on the category.
• Each entry is reviewed and scored by at least three jurors.
• Top-scoring submissions are shortlisted.

The highest-scoring entry becomes the category winner, while others may be named runner-
ups. In the event of a tie, a jury plenary session is held for final deliberation.

The Jury and Evaluation Team reserve the right to withhold awards in categories where there is
insufficient competition or clear distinction between entries.

Shortlist announcement: 01 October 2025

Shortlisted candidates will be notified at least one month prior to the ceremony and asked to
prepare an introduction video (1:30 min long) highlighting their achievements and impact. 

Winners and runner-ups will remain confidential until they are announced live during the
ceremony.
