What does it really take to deliver an AI project, and what changes when governance becomes part of the challenge? The AI Project Lab is an interactive, game-based workshop where participants experience both sides of AI project management: delivery and governance.

Workshop Agenda :

In the first part, participants use the Agilist Board Game to simulate the delivery of an AI project, making decisions, responding to changing conditions, managing uncertainty, balancing project priorities and finance.

In the second part, the Agilist AI Playing Cards shift the focus to AI governance. Participants explore roles, responsibilities, risks, ethics, compliance, technology, and user impact while making governance decisions around AI systems.

Rather than simply discussing AI project management and governance, participants experience the decisions, trade-offs, and challenges themselves.
